Fostering Family Leaders (FFL) is an initiative of the United Way of Greater Atlanta that educates existing agencies on how to build upon family leadership throughout the communities in which they serve, allows us to strengthen parent engagement and leadership. Through a 20-hour training, the Fostering Family Leaders curriculum teaches families, educators and service providers how to develop and strengthen family-staff partnerships, how to create and sustain family engagement opportunities and how to increase parent leaderFFL Collageship skills.
