Dear Future Catalyst,

HTI has begun building a brand, a core set of client services and a team of highly skilled facilitators of which you can be a part.

All Catalysts will be required to invest $750 annually into the network to support the project operations, project assistance, and resources provided to each Catalyst.  

THE RESOURCES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • An HTI email address
  • Asana, and Zoom accounts (for Project Leads)
  • Access to HTI’s G-Suite shared drive.
  • Professional headshots (updated annually)
  • Professional development opportunities and certifications                                                           (i.e. Weikart, Myers-Briggs, Equity Fellowship, etc)
  • Monthly Series (Skill-building)
  • Discounted Offerings, including “Micro-coaching” (3 sessions) or Group Coaching with a Catalyst 
  • A Listening for Justice Experience (1 registration) 
  • Your company promoted on HTI website 
  • An outlet for your voice – be an influencer on a blog, social media outlets, in the HTI newsletter, on the LMS
  • Opportunity to staff projects

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  1. In full annually (Pay full amount at the onset of your annual membership/anniversary date)
  2. Deduct the fee from contractor compensation (Across first 4 payments)
