Through John A. Adams’ work in the community, he has become skilled in Conflict Resolution, Executive Leadership, Community Grassroots Organizing and Youth Development. Additionally, he has been employed with the Federal Government for over 20 years.
His cultural background and focus on community building has led him to a number of community leadership roles and volunteer opportunities.
John developed a 3-hour Conflict Resolution course for HTI in partnership with Hands on Atlanta. He has volunteered countless hours as a photographer, audio-video technician, mentor and listening ear to HTI Catalysts.
John is a native of Tuskegee, Alabama and has lived in Atlanta since 1993.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Labor Safety and Health at The National Labor College and has been Certified as a mediator by the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution.
